The Construction Laborers' Education Apprenticeship and Training Fund of Minnesota and North Dakota is a non-profit organization funded through a cooperative effort between the Laborers' District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota, its ten affiliated local unions, and associated contractors' organizations. The training fund was established in 1989 as a means of providing continuing education and specific types of vocational skills training for its more than 9,500 participating members.
