Safety Record: 385 Days without a lost time accident (as of January 1, 2007)                    

# of Union Laborers on Project (all subs included): 15 Union Skilled Construction Craft Laborers as part of over 200 Union Craftspeople total.

 

Benefit of working with skilled union construction craftspeople: The project has benefited by having well trained union craftspeople to provide the level of quality demanded by the owner while achieving the demanding production levels needed in the time frame allowed. 

 

Overcoming obstacles: On the one acre site, sits 11 acres under the roof, making safety, logistics and over all planning imperative and continuous.  Through careful planning, good communications and diligent work by everyone involved to date, all challenges have been met with the highest regard for safety at all times. 

 

Job Reporting to the Owner:  A&P Construction uses multiple forms of information sharing to report progress on the project.  Included are shared websites, web-based project management tools, digital photography as well as standard reports and meeting minutes.  This allows A&P, the ability to tailor the information in a way to help the owner group stay informed and make more timely decisions pertaining to the project.
